This month's Lunch & Learn topic was on construction administration. Our lunch and learns are hosted by either one of the staff or a guest lecturer. This one was hosted by our own Mark Vitamvas.
We covered the who, what, why, how fast, and who gets copied! We have some pretty unique projects that run through the office that require some unique attention when it comes to construction. The G.C., his subs, and the design team have to act as one unit to keep things on-track with time and money. Having a lunch and learn every now and again to remind everyone of the process and how important it is goes a long way.
Keep checking back at our Calendar for new Lunch and Learns. Our hope is to add new L&L every month at least and hopefully we can start inviting guests or possibly open them to the public.
